Any chance there will be some business today considering it's a bank holiday?'Is' Dawson actually in talks today again?'Was' it true that Marsellie president stated that Stephane Mbia is on his way to us?Also how close are we to signing Ceser the Inter Milan Goalkeeper and carvelho?Can any ITK answer these questions?

I really hope so Franky,really need a but if steal in central defence,would love Dawson.Had a BBQ yesterday and was chatting to a couple of yiddos who said they'd be gutted if we got Dawson,fingers crossed we can convince him to come.Would also love Mbia,those two are just what we need!

After City there is an international break. My guess is anyone signed before deadline day will not be thrown in against City but integrated into the squad over the 2 week break. Hopefully this will then allow us to gel with a settled squad.
Whatever happens, we are likely to have a real depressed mood on here until after the run of games against City, Chel and Spuds.

I am not ITK but one thing i know for sure is who ever signs will either be too old, too, overpriced, not what we need, and written off after one or 2 games by most on here..if our new recruits are anything to go by. but like i said i am not Itk!

Well i would expect cesar to be announced soon..... as there has been serveral reports that the deal is all but done....

Why are our transfer dealings never simple,yet when you see other clubs the transaction happens so gracefully.....interests,agree fee,player arrives,done!It's all so painful with us,and when it is done they take ages to announce it even though they've already done the pictures,ie Hoilett....

they are probably exactly the same as ours but we don't care or take any interest in them in the same way that no other club cares about our signings until they are announced and most of the complications are fabrications and imaginations put on here by posters claiming to inside knowledge of what is going on inside the head of footballers or a web cam into the medical room at the training ground.

i am sure they are not nearly as complicated as we would be led to believe on here!

I get a feeling nothing today as it's a bank holiday, nothing tomorrow as its match day, nothing the day after(Wednesday) for another reason.

QPR really are annoying IMO because I see other clubs get deals done so quickly and ours just drag for ages!

to the contrary, we did most of our business while others were still planning their hols. We need a couple more yes, but if it goes to the wire to thrash out the best deal for the club so be it.... have patience.
