  • Adel Taarabt

For all his faults he is a quality player our most naturally gifted player, I just cant understand why he took no part yesterday or how he isnt one of the first names on the team sheet.

He has the ability to change a game in a second. I know people will shoot me down for this opinion but I cant see how someone like Jamie mackie can be picked over Adel..
Only one of the voices in my head is crazy...

IMO can't play Hoilett and Taarabt in same team away from home especially when you need a result. Both are luxury players with Tarbs being the biggest luxury. There will be several players rotated this year.

      Hoillet, mackie, tarrabt.
at least one of them should go to bench.

all of them tend to dribble much ,so cant fulfill team play.
maybe Hoillet will be on starting 11 almost every match.

Was surprised he didn't come on for Hoilett late 2nd half - fresh legs and ideas might have nicked something

It was 442,Adel cant play in a 442. however I did think he may play some part, but he isn't that good in away games so I agreed with Mark dropping him
          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
          And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

adel would be best used at home imo from the start but should be used as fresh legs away. yesterday was calling out for 15-20 mins of adel.

I personally cannot understand what the issues of playing Adel as a right hand or left-hand midfielder in a 4-4-2. We have all seeing him track back and be disciplined in a few games before. The problem with so many posters on here which they don't seem to understand is Mark Hughes prefers a Four Four Two formation yet when you're selecting your fantasy lineups you consistently view a midfield of Diakate , Park and Faurlin. There is no better passer of the ball in our team than Taarabt. The free roll which he tried to play against Swansea was a spectacular failure in my opinion, he could do it in the Championship but his game needs to be more disciplined in the PL. There is no way on this earth Mackie or even Hoilett should be starting over Taarabt, he needs a consistent role in the team. The left midfield role IMO should be Adels hands down no questions asked where he can cut in. Park, Hoilett and Mackie can fight it out for the right...its Hughes fault for buying too many players who play in the same position.

I think had Hughes not been forced to replace Hill (who was heading for a red) he'd have brought on Taarbs as an impact sub. Shame.

Fulham is a typically diverse London area with something for everyone - from the hustle and bustle of North End Road Market, to the refined chicness of the iconic Fulham Road. It boasts superb pubs and restaurants, two Premier League football clubs and excellent transport links.

I actually feel there may have been a falling out after Swansea and he may have been dropped as a result.

Only reason I think this is because I was late leaving the ground / shop last week as with my boy there for the first time. When I came out there was about 100 Koreans waiting for Park to come out and Adel came out and stormed off in his motor going the wrong way down SAR much to the stewards at the near ends frustration who shouted after him...

May be nothing but as nobody was even out the building and adel had gone, all does not seem right.

Yep, game was crying out for him at the end.
