"We have spent millions of mediocre players and where served up total dross yesterday.

Hughes claimed "we will never be in this position again" at the end of last seasons relegation battle.

    Not convinced."

I would like to understand what this marketing value is. I have been in a few Asian countries whilst Park was at his peak of fame and outside of his own country no one gives a stuff about him.

TV rights are not affected as they don't work like UK ones, so even if every one of our games was shown we would get not one cent more and over 95% of football merchandise in Asia is fake. I would be interested in seeing how much we make from shirt sales in SK - it will most ceratinly not be the equivelant of the value of staying up.

He must have put 1 or 2 k on the gate last week I heard a rumour that his wages were covered from outside the club make what you will of that ,i don't know if it's true ,we are believed to have unnamed backers that I do believe maybe they want him in the side for their interests

Swansea are no mugs, I think they'll do very well this season. A point at Norwich is hardly a disaster. Hughes has plenty of flaws as a manager, one of which is that his teams tend to be slow starters. There will be an improvement, but let's face it, there are always going to be a few painful results, that's just football. I still believe signings like Hoilett, Diakite, Park and Bosingwa are going to help move this club forward. If we're in the bottom three by the time January rolls around we can press the panic button, but until then let's keep our heads, OK?

What is total crap is the way some people are shutting themselves after 2 games calling for players to be dropped or the manager to go etc. Give it 10 games and then see where we are. The team are still finding their feet with the system and each other. And yes I had hoped they'd got it sorted in pre season too, but they didn't.

I think I may start to avoid MBs
Yep, I was a lot more happy last season when I didn't read this MB
              Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
              And many more mistakes

Is this the first signs of the 'Sousa Out' mob sizing up their next victim?

Nothing like stating facts ah! £1.5 million net spend to date this season as said by Mark Hughes and Tony Fernandes, yet you know best...

Are you missing your bum chum GP by any chance? Suppose now you probably have to pay for tickets you have a right to moan more about performances on the pitch...

To be honest yesterday was poor.

The fact that we did not seem to muster much of an effort the whole game was disappointing,

We played for a point yesterday but would it of hurt to have thrown on Adel for the last ten minutes to try and win the game.

The first two performances of the season have been dire a truly poor start and the signing of players with little or no re sale value on large contracts on huge money is worrying.

I'm not quite sure why on earth people are bringing up Paladini or free tickets but I'll state it again I pay for my season ticket have done for 20 years and have never had any freebies from this board or the previous board.

I'm just stating my opinion on this forum, if others want to disagree then that's fine but lets not start throwing false accusations about.

Yesterday I shelled out the bones of 70 sheets to support my football team, and I'm off to Man City next week I'm not enjoying what I am watching at the moment and am deeply concerned with relation to our opening of the season.

Hope I'm wrong and Hughes turns it around.
