Seems a red card/penalty liability waiting to happen every time he plays the ball, always makes me nervous.

Why can't Hill keep his hands off players when he's challenging for the ball?

lost his pace and gets away with it like a lot of defenders by manhandling the opponent, if George Best was playing today he'd be mountedI must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

seconds before he hauled down holt for the booking,i was thinking "you are too close,if he turns you, trouble" ...all he has to do in that situation is show/allow Holt the outside line, let him run down to the touchline if he wants, just dont let him cut in,which is what he wants to do...so what does Hill do?it's not rocket science is it?

It wasn't Hill. Holt's a dirty little lump of a player. Hill does get quite physical, but it was Holt that kept bringing him down with him and getting the ref to look at Holt as the victim. Same in the second half, Holt grabs Ferdinands arm and puts it around his body and then jumps to the floor as if Ferdinand done it."When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0
