  • Warnock: I've fined Kenny and he's said sorry to QPR for text excesses

As I'm sure you are aware, my goalkeeper has been in the news in relation to some text messages he exchanged with people at QPR. I have to say I was disappointed that something that began in good humour got out of hand.

I've spoken to Paddy Kenny and he was full of remorse and couldn't apologise to me quickly enough. I told him there is no problem with having a drink to celebrate a win like last Saturday's over Wolves but he must be aware of his responsibilities to the club and be careful where he is and what he does. I've obviously fined him and he has agreed to finish on Twitter with immediate effect. He has also apologised to Tony Fernandes, QPR's chairman.

Rather strange. I understand the bit about him being fined and apologizing. However I do not understand why Warnock then goes on to talk about Bolton last year, Swansea and Norwich.

I'm more confused when he says that he is disappointed that a private conversation becomes public.
Didn't most of this occur on twitter?

              Very disappointed with Paddy.
Will never again look at him in a good light.

Very nice of him to fuel the fire about spending, by claiming we've spent £30mill too.

Warnock is still very hurt about his sacking and £30m is proof. How do others see we have spent that kind of money?

Trying to work it out, when NW was here we signed SWP, Barton,Ferdinand, Young,Traore, and Puncheon wasn't it? Then in Jan Hughes signed Zamora, Cisse, Weren't these two £5mill each? Diakite Taiwo (both loans) who else can't remember

Apart from Barton (who we all know is on high wages) none of the people NW signed were free. Puncheon was on loan and I think was only signed in case we did not get SWP, which is why MH is possibly only looking at one defender at a time.

You can tell he's still dissapointed about his sacking - fair enough, he missed out on much here and if he had gotten the transfer budget earlier on it would have been different. But I trust MH much more than Warnock despite the swansea game honestly.
