No transfer strategy at all, scattershot name-chasing, and no courage in the conviction of your previous signings.
    This is a top post.

We would surely be the only club in the country to have a 50k a week GK on the bench?! Would be madness.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

        Correct, on both counts.

We will get rightful criticism and mocking for panic-buying.

If it gives us a better chance of promotion, then that's the price we have to pay. Does not reflect well on Mark Hughes though at all.

We got Joey on 60-80 a week currently doing nothing.

Essential to have 2 quality GK's ready for action.

I know it's only a twitter rumour, and boy we love those, but italian journalist Carlo Laudisa tweeted -

@carlolaudisa "#Inter. #JulioCesar is arrived in London. #Qpr is waiting for him #gds"

this has been retweeted by @Gazzetta_it a 'credible' italian sport site.

Make of that what you will...

2 strong options for each position is essential - despite all of our transfer activity we lack that in 3 positions - GK, centre back and CM

If this signing takes place, QPR will have two goalkeepers worthy of being No.1. Yes, I know Green has made errors (who hasn't?). Even Czech made a huge error last night.

QPR have needed a new keeper all summer. Cerny is not good enough to really provide cover or challenge for a starting place and Murphy is an unknown quantity at this level and we dont know how good he was at Championshp level either.

Will Green be happy if he loses out? Probably not, but tough. He is under contract and will just have to fight for a place.

Maybe Green will move to a Championship Club and start bitching about Hughes and Rangers fans
