What a ridiculous comment. They are hardly a club on the decline, and in case you missed it just beat us 5-0 away from home.... We are both clubs on the up, but he may well opt for them as he'd expect to get more first team football in the prem, further raising his profile, especially as they've just sold Allen.

I personally wouldn't mind if we signed him, but in reality i'm already struggling to work out who we're going to play when Faurlin is ready to return anyway as we have a lot of players who can play there, so i'd ratehr we upped the anti and spent more to get a top CB and worry less about CM midfield where we have Diakite, Park, Faurlin, Derry, SWP, and unlikely but possibly Barton to return if a season loan doesn't get sorted.

I thoroughly agree with your that it is a riddiculous comment to make about Swansea.
Why is it that fans on here are so deluded to think that anyone joining Fulham, Swansea or Norwich etc are stupid.

QPR's Board may have big plans, but for now that is pretty much all they are. These clubs have bigger stadiums and get bigger crowds watching them. And in Fulham's case, thy are established as a Premiership club.

I hope Faurlin does come back fyully fit and as good as he was, becuase when he does, I am confident that he and Diakite will form a good pairing in midfield, but to be honest I would like Ki as well. Derry is on his last legs as a Premiership player, Barton looks like he is finished with QPR, so Ki would be a good signing and I hope QPR do make a move for him before he signs for Swansea.

true, i was talking to someone yesteray who seem's to know alot about the club, he said that hughes has the money to buy the men he wants but its just getting deals done that takes so long, i think he will start to spend a bit more than he has
