It's been a little while since I've done one of these posts but I think it's important that we start spreading the word about QPR's Middle East Supporters Club again. I personally think all the ingredients are there for a great season for QPR and we are also looking to step up our game as a supporters club. SingingRanger has done some great PR work over the summer, even managing to meet Tony Fernandes, Phil Beard and a host of the players. Discussions are underway to make us the official supporters club for the Middle East, affiliated by the club.
Obviously we would like to see as many of our UAE based fans for the first game of the season. All the usual faces will be there, I'm also hearing noises about a few new members this season. Any guys reading this that we haven't seen in a while, it would be great to see you down there.
For all those that haven't been before, we will be at the Centre Circle Bar, Ramada Hotel, Al Barsha. I'm being told that Eid will be called tonight and normal drinking hours will be in place tomorrow, as such we are aiming to meet there at 4pm (UAE). If anyone needs directions etc, please do PM and I'll be back in touch.
