  • How have QPR had a net spend of 1.5million this transfer market?

Mark Hughes & Tony Fernandes have both said today QPR have had a net spend of 1.5million this transfer market.

I'm blown away and extremly happy by this news but I still can't quite understand it. Can people explain their opinions on how that's happened please? Thanks
    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
    And many more mistakes

I think they are counting Samba as having signed in January, because I am sure the club paid 4-5 million. Also Hoilett has not yet been decided as it is going to a tribunal.

I bet all the agent fees involved have at least trebled the figure quoted

could be that we paid a big chunk of the diakite transfer-fee as a loan-fee back in january and that only a relatively small balance needed to be paid over the summer, also could be that the full fee is dependent on us staying up (i read somewhere that Park's fee of £2m rises quite a bit if we do).

anyone know how much we got for heidar? i'm guessing we got about £500k for paddy

Well, however it's been done it's been done superbly.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
