  • Onouha starting at CB

I've got a sneaking feeling MH wants Ferdinand and Onouha as our CB pairing.

I've got faith in Neds... City and Sunderland fans always spoke highly of him and CB is meant to be his best position- he'll be alright................ I hope

I reckon he will be backup for Bosingwa. If we get M'BIA he will be cb with anton with nelson and hill as cover. With fabio lb and traore as backup for fabio and whoever is play the left side attacking.

Me too. Admittedly he looked abit shakey there when he played there for us for abit, but he had just joined a new side and was settling in. He's now an established member of our squad, had a whole pre-season with us and the new gaffer and so Im sure he will be fine there. Sparkie sees the lads train day in day out, so if he decides Neds the man for CB, then so be it. As DouDou says, he was a very good CB at Sunderland.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Personally I thought he was a tad better at centre half than right back last season.

One thing is without doubt - NO WAY is Neds a PL standard RB. Luke Young was better in that position.
