If you're getting the train there is a really nice pub opposite the station on the river, normally full of QPR, name escapes me though

The main pub for away fans is the 'Compleat Angler', which is located opposite the railway station. It is situated on a river bank and has a nice outside terrace outside overlooking the river. The pub itself is a bit basic but offers food and is away fan friendly. It is a about a ten minute walk away from Carrow Road. Otherwise Norwich has a number of pubs located in its centre, in fact on one visit I found a number of good pubs situated in-between the train station and the ground, that were friendly. In fact I almost ended up being a pub crawl before the match had begun!

Rob Emery informs me; 'Not far away from the ground and towards the City Centre a new leisure complex called the Riverside has opened. This has a number of drinking and eating establishments, including a*Wetherspoons Lloyds No.1 outlet. Whilst Nicholas Mead suggests; 'the Coach and Horses on Thorpe Road brews its own beer and is around a 10 minute walk away from the ground'.

A couple of night clubs which open on match day down the high st are the best bet as they are not as packed as the angler though best to not wear any colours as the bouncers mey not let you in

The new complex bars are strictly home fans only and they enforce it

Just walk past the Compleat Angler as though you are walking in to the town on the main rd and after about a 3-4 minute walk there are two right opposite each other

The one on the right hand side seemed the best one and had a big screen showing the early kick off

The road is called the Prince of Wales Rd, and during the day its okay, but at night its well dodgey, so take care.

Im up there Saturday night with some pals for a night out; anywhere you can recommend? Bear in mind I love snakebite, $hit music and any bird (regardless of size) that lets me put my thumb up her bumhole.

Walking out of railway station turn left, there's some good clubs in that area, just avoid POW Rd, people have died there at weekends, it can get quite nasty.

Yep, its prince of wales rd and its nothing to do with footy mate, its standard night club fare, too much cheap booze for people who can't handle it.

Prince of Wales is no different to any other sh..y high street: some good people and some bad. If you want a busy night then go to Tombland. Loads of pubs like Vodka revolution, All Bar One, The Glass House. Doubt you'll get in with colours on though. Riverside is s..t. Loads of strip joints. Sugar and Spice down Prince of Wales for example.
