There has been much comment on the level of commitment and ambition shown by the Board and that in balance sheet terms it looks risky. Do you think that this stance indicates that the Mittal fortune is finally heavily committed? Up until now it was not readily apparent

I haven't heard anything but surely they are heavily involved now........I hope so, I like Tony very much best chairman in the prem imo, and the best chairman at QPR since Jim Gregory,.. but with Amit, and Mr Mittal involved it reassures me the club is safe, if that's the right word

Tony Fernandes is a high profile businessman who's made a lot of money. He knows how to develop a business and grow it. He's just applying those principles to QPR. I have no doubt, nor should anyone else, he knows exactly what he's doing.
Besides, being such a high profile businessman, if QPR got into financial trouble it would cause immense harm to his reputation. I have total faith in his stewardship and trust him 100%. Anyone who's witnessed Tony celebrating a goal or seen him on his walkabouts knows his heart is truly in our club.
None of us should worry about the finances. Tony's an accountant and knows what's possible and what isn't.Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Also he is bringing in money, our training gear now has a sponsor. I know it might not be that much money but it's money for nothing really

Fernandes is just the front man for the rich Malaysians who we don't know about plus Amit is really just the front man for Mr Mittal. Whilst these guys are here i am not worried. If they left, then I'd be very worried we could end up like Portsmouth!First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

The mittal family are more involved I think, but don't forget tony has Malaysian backers behind him. They must have some financial clout judging by the amount we are paying on wages, new training facilities and stadium etc.Top Scorers 2018/2019

Where are the facts for this assertion. TF learnt his skills in the UK in accountancy and business management at the London School of Economics. Learnt from Branson the Virgin business model as a Financial Controller and Customer service to get the punters behind you. Used his home and savings when he spotted an opportunity and the bet paid off big time. You can part money from a fool but TF is no fool. He is well connected but no front man and he will run this on a profit and loss basis no stupid borrowing or breaching HMRC regulations aka Portsmouth. Lets be clear he is in this for the financial success and at the same time his passion for football. In the mean while enjoy the ride and lay off the cynical character assassination unless you the have facts to back it up.Populus fui meus nomen , tamen meus nomen est non meus nomen

May well go down again this year if they even survive as a club. Dont think they have a single professional player on their books anymore. You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.
