  • Bosingwa and Stephane M’bia

Manager Mark Hughes is continuing to strengthen his squad though and has moved for former Chelsea defender Bosingwa, 29, who has been courted by some of Europe's elite this summer.

Inter Milan, Anzhi Makhachkala and Monaco all made offers but the Portugal international has chosen to stay in London

if Bosingwa wants to stay in London, he would choose us over a european club. Maybe he's settled in London now!

If Bosingwa wants to remain in his house in London then we would very much be a good proposition for him.

And we made him look like Pele at their place btw.

Personally I'd be very happy if we got him.

So a player who cost £16m, who has played almost 100 times for Chelsea (who whether you like it or not are Champions of Europe), having played regularly for Porto and Portugal isn't as good as Onouha? Well, its a point of view I suppose...

Got told Sunday & tweeted a deal would be concluded for a defender this week but didn't have the name. I donknow a lot about him but people seem happy so he must be good.

Looked pretty solid when he kept Barcelona at bay in the Champions League semi final. Also looked good in the final, but hey, not good enough for the mighty superhoops. Where's Terrel Forbes when you need him???
