Great idea but for christs sake take a look at our cup history

I can see some good reasons to play some fringe players, but I always feel that when such a weakened side is put out it sends the wrong signal to the players that the manger doesn't care about the cup. QPR have named weakened teams before and ended up losing.

At most I would play two young players in the starting lineup and two or three fringe players. Ehmer, Doughty, AJ, Ephraim, Murphy or Cerny. The rest would be 1st team regulars. QPR need a good cup run.

          Entirely based on opinions mate.

Personally, I would hate to see Diakite, Park, Adel or any other regular play in a game vs Walsall in the League cup 2nd round and get an injury, ala Faurlin last year.

The likes of Derry, Hogan, Ehmer etc are all part of a PL side's squad and so, IMO, should be more than capable of seeing off Walsall (no disrespect to them!). Especially as they'll all have a point to prove. Agree would love a cup run, but, personally, would save our "big guns" for a tougher test. Also, perfect time to give the youngsters a run out, rather see them play in this game than in a PL game where alot more is a stake and the pressure is far greater.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I think this Walsall at home thing is one big lie. I have looked everywhere, even in my old socks storage box, no Walsall to be found.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Also Walsall isn't an option on our online ticket thing, might have to call the box office to clear this one up
              Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
              And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO
