The only problem with the LC Stadium is the traffic problems it will cause and will it interfere with the emergency services for the hospital ?
I will be surprised if the Dairy site will be available as they reckon the housing shceme is a £1.5b project

For what its worth i have heard that it is the LC site,heard this from a number of sources.
