Chesterfield by a mile - it was snowing and there wasn't a roof on the toilets... We won 4-2 which kinda made the whole experience a whole lot better...

      well

well in 59 -60 whem i first whent to loftus road.qprs ground took some beating
it had the school end and the south africa terrace that had been hastily layed down by qpr fans who, helped to get the ground, rerady after we purchased this ground from shepards bush fc
those two terraces had just been designed by putting concrete into wooden shutters but over the years stinging nettels had now started to appear
and at the back of the south africa terrace there was a mud bank that people kept slipping over on and cutting there heads open
the loft end was again terraced but we had picked up the roof from a discarded teams ground i think it was aldeshot
so when a ball hit the roof we were showerd with bits of corregated iron
it was terrable it used to go down the collar of your shirt and itch like mad
      it was all rusty
then the only seating area was the ellerslie this stand had been hastily erected from one of our previous grounds
and it was once again full of holes so if it rained many of the seats were unusable
at this time the two roughest two sets of fans in london werre millwall and qpr
millwall had there two thousand dockers
we had two thousand southern irish so when we played millwall it was a bit lively
qprs main weapon was to wee in bottles then if we didnt agree with a linesmens decesion we would shake the urine all over his back and
he would be coved in spit as well
so when i go to places like cambridge it reminds me of our humble begining
and reminds me of the day that BRENTFORD WAS THE GLAMOUR CLUB OF THE DIVISION
THEY HAD THE BEST GROUND HOLDING 42 THOUSAND AND EVERY ONE EXPECTED THEM TO GO UP
BUT WE HAD A SECRET WEAPON........ JIM GREGORY god bless him he had a dream and that has now become giannies dream

Another good story only slightly tainted by a daft reference to Paladini

Think you are missing a word from that sentence

Starts with S ends in T

The directors box at Ebbsfleet's a bit iffy - the ball bounced on the roof and we were showered with white asbestos flakes...
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

The away toilet - sink with non working taps falling off wall, hadn't been cleaned out for decades, one bog for approx 2000 potential users -and that was the ladies!! (actually I jest -but could be true ask the wife!

Manor Ground was dire but not as bad as chesterfield. Looton as ever is a dump and yeah layer Road was a dive too.
Doncaster's old ground really was a dump, as was the Vetch, not to mention Brisbane Road before Hearn rebuilt it.........
My award goes to - god how do you choose one! Soke's Victoria Ground was rough, Hull's old place was a toilet and Burnden Park..........

Winner = Racecourse - Wrexham: A hole with some very bad memories for me
