There were loads of free events. I got to see triathlon and the marathon. With better planning I could've seen a lot more, but such is life. The Olympics is not just about the athletics stadium or the velodrome or aquatics centre. Could've seen sailing rowing cycling running and all for free. It's all about how much you're willing to spend on events. If I had TFs money for example, I'd have gone to more events, but I haven't so I didn't. End of the day, I saw an Englishman win an Olympic gold medal and I'm happy with that.

Have you ever tried watching sailing? You need to be Stephen Hawking to work out who's winning, not that I want to watch a bunch of hoorays with their pink sweaters tied over their shoulders pims quaffing brigade anyway.
It's not about how much anyone is willing to pay btw it's how much you can afford to pay if any, I couldn't afford any.As for watching an Englishman win a gold medal, shame on you it's not about England it's about GB or so I'm toldComment
