That's what I'm expecting, and until I hear anything to the contrary, that's how I'll stay.

Yeah it has. However the club has history with 'not' explaining diakites absence (end of last season). Only one way to get match fit and that is to play games. To miss a set of games before the start of the season, when he is not injured as you say, just don't add up. I'd be very surprised if he starts against Swansea

First of all I said a set of games. Johnson missed the last game of pre season, Diakite has missed the last 3 I think. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyway circles n all that, we'll know come next week

                          hope Diakite with Park.
if Diakite doesnt appear, QPR could have very difficult game as first half against last match.
Diakite should appear on the pitch !

Haha, the football expert has spoken. Thankyou for that wonderful insight. Who even needs pre season friendlies eh?

you need them to experiment with shape and different positions...to tryout certain players who may be in doubt , to decide who you may get rid of, who you may
need to buy, to share out playtime across the squad to increase sharpness whilst trying to avoid injury and fatigue in the planned preseason agenda designed to
acheive maximum strength for the first league game

Look at yesterday's midfield. Park, Dyer, Derry. Park is a good player, but Dyer doesn't convince me, and Derry won't get through too many games. With Barton on gardening leave, Ale fighting his way back to fitness, we're left with Diakite. I pray nothing happens to him because we'd be f@cked.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
