Absolutely amazing makes me proud! We are so quick to shoot ourselves down when we fail so only right to big up such achievement!

Not so long ago we are hearing why we are so behind the australians in sporting context!

We have left them standing! Being an expat living abroad I hate to hear other Brits slagging the nation off!!

And being from sluff great swing all the events at Dorney

Thought you were from essex? Regardless, pride all round. Different atmosphere in London. Hope it remains. Watched a doc last night called something along the lines of 'london modern babylon' and it was really a very good watch. Kind of thing that makes me realise how incredible and exciting this place is and constantly evolving.

In the short space I have been on this board, you seem like a typical essex bloke, unless you're different to the way you behave on here.

Saw a post that said you're nearly 50 and chasing the young skirt, and you still think your desirable to any woman.

Nothing wrong with it but definitely the essex in you has taken over.

Also you seem very confident and co ck sure of yourself which is another essex trait. Some people decide what they are depending on circumstances, so with you some days it's cool to be essex other days a londoner, we have it at work with african and indian guy. Nice bloke but confusing sometimes.

Before my time I think, not one I've heard of.

And secondly, there was never great Slough skirt. Never .
