I've lost a lot & I mean a lot of respect for Neil for doing this. I still think the guy is great because of the job he done at QPR but double standards Neil
      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

        warnkock signs diouf

Diouf has signed for Leeds on a non-contract basis after being released by Doncaster Rovers at the end of last season, where he made 23 appearances.

The 31 year old has twice been named African footballer of the year in 2002 and 2003.

He has won 69 caps For Senegal, scoring 21 goals and he was including the best eleven players performing at the 2002 World cup finals.

Diouf is vastly experienced in British football having played for Premier League sides, Liverpool, Bolton, Sunderland and Blackburn Rovers. He also had a spell on loan with Scottish champions Glasgow Rangers last season, helping them win the Scottish League Cup and the Championship.

My estimations of NW have gone down after what he called him after the whole Mackie thing. Warnock always spoke his mind so having anything to do with Diouf makes him look stupid. NW will now be known only as Colin by me from this day forward

              Yeah I saw that too.

To be honest it's pretty hard to defend Warnock on this one. The guy is a nasty peice of work and Warnock was bang on with everything he said in his "Sewer Rat" interview. To back track on that and sign the player 18 months later is astonishing. I really have lost a lot of respect for Warnock over this!

No room for sentiment in modern football....... as much as it leaves a rather nasty taste in ones mouth.

He's got to get results on a smallish budget. Simple as that.

To be honest think he will fit in very well with both Leeds and Warnock, birds of a feather and all that.
