Swans have signed Michu and a couple of others, one on loan. Supposed to be half decent. They'll probably survive this season

And then Liverpool sell Bellamy for about 1million, best Team GB at the Olympics, they'll only buy him back again for 15million next yearUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free

You have to laugh at Liverpool and what mugs Kenny has helped them become in the last 12 months with ridiculous spending, which is now continuing:
Andy Carroll - £35m
Jordan Henderson - £20m
Stuart Downing - £20m
Joe Allen - £15m
Blimey £90m for 4 average players.... not being funny but i'd fancy the chances of my old 5 a side team against that rabble....
When you think what can be done in the transfer market, and has been by us and others it just makes them look even more stupid...
Who would you prefer.... theirs or ours in similar roles?
Cisse - £5m
Diakite - £3.5m
Hoilett - £0
Faurlin - £2m (roughly)
No brainer for me, i'd take our lot all day long and keep the £80m saving in the bank thanks very much.

Good points Del, if Allen is being sold at 15m then Faurlin is worth more, simpleUnder Les Ferdinand:

And yes qpr, I agree with that completely. Faurlin's a much better player than Allen, had a better tackling or passing stat than Allen before he got injured I think?"When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0

You're not wrong, I think it was tackling ( in fact the very best In the league joint top with Liverpools Lucas ) and let's face it tackling is more important than passing 2cm's like Allen ( though Ali is great at simple passing too )
If truth be told Ali will be like a new signing for me as I've kind of forgot about him a little bitUnder Les Ferdinand:
