Sky Sports understands that Queens Park Rangers are one of the Premier League teams keeping a close eye on Dynamo Kiev's Yevhen Khacheridi.
The 25-year-old defender is reported to be attracting interest from a number of sides in England.
A commanding centre-half, Khacheridi saw his profile rise considerably at Euro 2012.
He figured in all of Ukraine's games on home soil and was among their most consistent performers.
Khacheridi has spent his entire career to date in his homeland, but could be tempted to test himself in one of Europe's top divisions.
QPR hope he will opt to join Mark Hughes' Loftus Road revolution, with the London-based outfit having been busy drafting fresh faces into their ranks this summer.
Hughes has already made seven additions to his squad during the current transfer window, but would welcome the opportunity to make Khacheridi number eight.
