last night match was very poor.
they couldnt hold the ball for just 20seconds.
we had a problem with intense prresure.
deffenders and midfilders also gave dificult balls to teamates.
opponent possessed 3minites at a one time with secure passes
but we couldnt possess balls more than 20seconds with unprecise passes to catch
seems we really need great CM and deffender

Level of opposition is improving through pre-season, which was the intention. Augsburg will be even tougher so its all a good test and we're still unbeaten. We still dominated sections of the game and that was without Diakite and Faurlin in CM. We still need a CB though. Seems like MH has Nedum in his thoughts at CB, along with Anton, Nelson and Hill.

One thing I hope MH has learnt is that 4-5-1 encourages teams onto us. The lone forward isolated struggles to hold the ball and give us an outlet. 4-4-2 or a 4-5-1 with Taarabt behind the forward should be our set up.
It's still pre season and this is the time to find this out and work on it. Yes there will be games when we're defending for long periods but with the quality of our squad we should be looking to outplay a lot of teams next season.

we have a few but if you split it out into central and wide midfielders it's not that bad. In fact I think hargreaves and Ki are needed to strenghten central mid.

central mids: diakite, faurlin, derry
wide mids: hoilett, swp, park, mackie, dyer
