I have just created a Facebook event for the FC Augsburg game on Saturday 11th August to help fans swap info:
There's still no details on away fans tickets and Rangers have now closed the box office due to flooding until further notice. All the phones have been routed through to Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster (not surprisingly) have no knowledge of the match at all. I have friends in Germany who are making some enquiries about tickets as these went on sale to the locals yesterday and I have also emailed the Rangers box office. The stadium has 2 blocks of visitors terracing (remember terracing?!) and a block of seats next to the terrace. I doubt tickets will be a problem but with the match taking place now in under 10 days time it would be good to get some proper info on what the score is for vsviting tickets. I know of someone who bought home end terrace tickets from FC Augsburg for 10 euros each but I'd obviously rarher be in the Rs section of the stadium.
As soon as I get any more info I will post it on the Facebook event page.

Just had a mail from Rangers and they have confirmed that they will not be selling tickets. My German mate in Munich has contacted Augsburg. They have no plans to open the away end apparently and they are expecting very few Rangers fans. Well I know of at least 30 people going and if we have less than 200 fans on the day I will be surprised. I will post more info as I get it.

I have made contact with Alexander Titze in the FC Augsburg ticket office and he has told me tickets will be on sale at the stadium on the day and that sections V and Y will be allocated for QPR fans.In regards to our box office I e-mailed them 3 days ago regarding Augsburg tickets and I am still waiting a reply. See you all in Augsburg.
