I do find this Cesar thing very strange given we've just signed Green...I'm not complaining though as we would have great competition for the keeper position which is no bad thing, but i just feel if Green is dropped so soon, it could destroy him comopletely and if he ever had to play in the future, it would play on his mind so much as to likely cause another rick.....

I'm more worried about the money spent on wages. Would have been better off starting Murphy last week, taking the 5-0 drubbing and then getting Cesar. This was either always in the works or a snap reaction. Both of which are worrying for different reasons.

you dont know anything about wages nobody does, there was a rumour that anouha was on 80k tony fernandes denied it... nobody knows what wages they are on its all speculation....

never said I knew a thing. common sense though if we convinced him to leave West Ham who had just been promoted and still wanted him, then he will be a pretty highly paid number 2 for a club like qpr.

I can't imagine they said to Green he would be 100% assured to be first choice when he joined, in fact we know they asked Fat Pad to stay and fight him for it - but if Green had known someone like Cesar was coming along I doubt he would have signed. Interesting and certainly not what I expected. I maintain that Green is a damn good keeper but Cesar is a whole different gravy.
