I actually think if you put Arshavin in a weaker team and he is the key man, he is different class, as he is for Russia and was for Zenit. He got a bit lost at Arseanl and wasn't the sort of player to come off th ebench or endure criticism well. He likes to be the bigger fish in a smaller pond rathger than the other way round. HE dictatres play when he gets the ball and can go past people for fun when in the mood, not to mention unlock a door from nothing.

Arshavin is a very very good player when on form...but similarly to many other footballers he has one of those massive confidence issues it seems, does not thrive on criticism very well like some other players do, as Del mentioned above. We all know he's a very good player, just because he can't break into the Arsenal team at the moment doesn't mean he can't break into the QPR first team. A loan move would suit all parties, Arshavin would be sent out to get his career back on track and while helping us do well in the PL..and then when he goes back to Arsenal he could be like a new player for them. I'd be very happy if we managed to sign him on loan or even permanently"When you went to the corner and saw our fans celebrating the way they were you just wanted to be part of it" - Shaun Derry after we beat the scum 1-0
