  • Swansea Top & Bottom School end!

Thought we would have kept the bottom for R's Fans & more to the point i think we would easily have filled it!

Yes but you have to be fair to away sides. It is an away end afterall.

My point is, the top tier would have given them the required 10% allocation for away fans.

I am two minds about this as obviously the more QPR fans who can get in the better but you cannot beat an atmosphere at Loftus Rd when the School End is packed with away fans top and bottom

It always appears that when we do just give the Upper to away fans then the lower with our end never quites fills up anyway and from the Loft always seems extremely quiet

You have a point. I would still like to know what the reasoning by the club is on this, when we would easily fill the lower school end with our own fans.

Stupid from the club. The demand is there, we're trying to grow our fanbase and we give over 3000 tickets to swansea..... madness.

Perhaps we have to make an initial offer to them in case they take them up and then if they dont we are allowed to sell them to QPR fans?

It might not be a coincidence that QPR fans now can register an interest for our away games and I am presuming that this is used to decide how many we request from Norwich etc rather then what seems to have been the take it or leave it attitude from many clubs last season when on a few occasions we could have sold many more

If we move to a 45k seater stadium I wonder how tickets the away fans will get then?

Well let's hope they sell it out otherwise it will probably be lost ticket sales.

The more away fans the better for atmosphere always have been. Also if the boot was on the other foot...how would we feel in the same situation ?

Well somebody's just asked Tony about this on Twitter and he's said he'll look into it & can't see a problem:

I'm not on Twitter but it might be worth lending support to the idea if you are.
