We've got one of the best in the league in Hughes, let's not forget he's OBE Mark Hughes you know
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

My fear is that if the team do well next season then one of the bigger clubs could come call, Di Matteo has a bad start Roman is known to have an itchy trigger finger where managers are concerned and how long will SAF stay in post!!!

I understand your concerns but I think Hughes is sold to the vision of the club & he himself said he hasn't been at clubs for a long time but wants to stay at QPR for a very long time to come

I think that's closer to the truth. His EPL stats aren't bad, all things considered. That was the problem with Colin - poor EPL record - and the sole reason why at the time the change had to be made, you have to think that Hughes is better suited to top tier management. I suppose you could argue that with Hughes' budget Colin would have come good but the problem was no one fancied backing him to find out. Like many said at the time, good call.
