I was actually trying to find out how many foreign players a team can field.

i see ephraim as a decent footballer but he doesnt have enough to command a place in our midfield.
I dont see him as a winger at all.. infact id say thats his worst position.
I see him as a number 10.. but we have somebody who can do it all in taarabt. so ephraim's chances will be slim but now buzsaky is gone u could see him being featured 3/4 times if we get suspensions/injuries.Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

If we had not signed Cisse / AJ and changed our manager then i agree he would have left. But with these signings EH slide rule passing can be explioted as this was shown in the last freindly before most of the team didnt make these runs and he struggled.
Also feel with MH he will pput him on a weight lifting diet to make him stronger, think he will start in the 25 squad and if he dosnt feature / improve will be replaced, but MH sees something and giving him a chanceOne for all.... and all for one

I like Hogan. Comes acros as a good lad, but I question if he is good enough at this level.
The problem with Hogan is that he doesn't have one thing that he excels at. He is not amazingly quick, he is not great a tackling, he doesn't score a massive amount of goals, he is not particularly tricky. I'm not saying he is bad, but he does everything ok.
A good Championship player yes, the ability to play in the prem, I would say doubtful

What i am saying is IMO we might actualy see an imrovement from him with the better players we now have at the club, as these players will make the runs for him to use his passing skills and will be on his thinking level, as over the last few years there have been many a good pass from him that has looked rubbish or poor as the the other players just simply have not been bright enough to read it.
I think it is a key season, he will now learn a few tricks, get stronger and move on, or as you say stay at the same level and move back down to Div 1.One for all.... and all for one

i asked months ago now if anyone cd name a single game that hogan changed/ bossed. no one cd come up with a single one. nice lad (so what?) who hasnt progressed, in fact if anything has gone backwards. contract for me was all about getting a few quid for him. as warnock was heard saying on the four year plan "we might get a couple of hundred thousand for ephraim." think that was spot on. fit in well at charlton, tho prob not as a starter.
