Was apparently in pieces when Sousa wa sacked as he'd picked him out as a potential star centre midfielder. However, he tend to slow down, hesitate when he receives the ball rather than accelerate on the wing - making full back comfortable - and he is not gifted enough to command the centre. Seldom impressed in a team playing for promotion in the Prem league.
