How long does he want? He wants as long as it takes. Can you blame him for trying to squeeze more money out of us? Or for seeing if an English CL club might come in for him? You'd likely do the same in his position. Footballers rarely get the chance to negotiate as a free agent - he's the one holding all the cards here.

Just because we'd sell our mothers to have a sniff of playing for QPR doesn't mean we should expect the same fervour from our players, especially if they haven't signed for us yet....
