A few observations from tonights highlights:

Diakite still had number 2, Ferdinand and Onuoha had 5 and 6, Johnson 8, Cisse 9, Zamora 25 as expected, Park and Taarabt 7 and 10 as announced, SWP still 32 and Bothroyd 20. Maybe a coincidence, but Ephraim was wearing 17. Indication that Barton is not in the 25 man squad come September?

Exactly, unlikely he would he be in the 25.... he's out til Nov and would then need time to get match fit, and i cant see him being thrown into the Xmas hectic period.
