Well you may be right but i thought you could sign and announce a player if he was free, and if you couldn't agree a compensation fee it went to a tribunal to decide, either way the player was yours

Seems to suggest that you can't announce until clubs have agreed fee or tribunal gets involved. Delaying this is good for blackburn because it creates issues for us.

I agree. Hence why I don't think it's a 'done deal'. Apprently (I know there's lot of rumours on this) but he's more then happy with what QPR have offered. He's just seeing what Germany offer before he decides. 50/50 to me

were still favourites to sign him, apparently talks didn't go to well in Germany and he wants PL football

I would loose a bit of respect for MH and TF if we did speak to him and he then went to Germany, could not get a better deal and then signed for us. We don't need pieces of **** like him at W12, we need people like Mackie who want to be there and runs through walls.
