Heh, just recieved this text. Must be doing the rounds.

John Terry has written a letter of apology to Anton Ferdinand... Good Golly Anton, sorry about all this monkey business, it's only a little black humour really and it's all gone bananas. What do you say we call a spade a spade and forget this whole dark episode between us? Feel free to swing by for a drink sometime. JohnT.

Could you imagine the reaction if Joey Barton called Cole a choc ice (brown on the outside but white in the middle)
So you think that from one Black person to another is not racist Paul? Is it insulting do you think?

Hi Will just got back again. The reason i think it is about colour is that these two gentleman are both English, so for me it can't be about nationality and i'm sorry but why would you use a term to a friend that commonly means
black on the outside white on the inside?
I suggest you drop the spade is a spade saying cause you will be accused of racism as sure as night follows day..................or is that racist too?....should i have put it day follows night?
Will i am trying to show how ridiculous the PC ers are by pointing this out. Again i will say the insult in this is the fact that a blackman is being accused of being a white sympathizer which surely is racist?

Having read both the FAs report following the Suarez hearing & the Terry judgment it seems to me the Suarez &Terry cases are poles apart in terms of evidence or more significantly the context in which the respective decision makers ruled the comments were made.
Love it or hate its that the fact of the matter just as is the statement that never once ,despite questioning from the FA, the police & counsel at the hearing did Terrys account really change whereas in Suarezs case his did change. which tends to add strength , in the eyes of the law,to what the accussed is saying
The FA are being pressed into doing something about Terry so the will have to charge him with disrepute (my guess is they wont want to return to the racial comment for fear of losing this part of any charge) so it will be down to the other comments and as it seems that AF also made similar type comments if Terry is charged AF will have to be charged. Both will probably accept the charges , get a 2 match ban and the big wigs at the FA will pat themselves on the back and say to each other a job well done!

Not quite right no one, other than Terry confirmed what he said AF claims never to have heard at all and what I find strange is no QPR player, the ref or indeed any Chelsea player provided any real evidence and that includes Cole. Its worth reading the full judgement as you will get a far better handle just what conclusions etc were reached and indeed how based on the evidence put before him the judge would have been hard pushed to reach any other conclusion.

If the FA are smart, and decide to ban both players then they should string it out so that the both players are banned for the QPR-Chelsea match. Otherwise I can only seen that this match will end in aggro.

Please just merge these threads and ask people to comment in that thread. This is becoming the most boring board in the world at our most exciting time.

If the FA charge them both, the sentences should be weighted by the number and offensiveness of the expletives, so a 1 match ban for Anton, and 12 for Terry...

The FA will have to deal with this before the season kicks off.The security at Loftus Road come Septemeber will be higher than ever. My guess no hand shakes !

Think we'll have to disagree Dave. He's just saying Cashley is a phoney, or a fake. Which deep down is what choc ice really means. You're black, so why act white? Stop being something you're not. Think you're being way too literal.

Fair play Dave, we each fight it in our own ways I guess. And I agree, we're not ever going to be equal in this country while there are equal opportunities laws and what not. What a lot of ****. Never seen them making sure black people or women work at the city dump, or in the sewers or all the other menial jobs. Backbone of our country these folk are though. Must... stop... self.. ranting...

Well Rooney swore into a camera and got a 2 match ban. Can't see how in the world they can give Anton and Terry more than that?

Well I can, but in a logical sense I can't see why they would punish them more?

Yeah ok Will fair enough, thanks for answering there are a few who like to defend the pc world we live in who have been very quiet on this subject, i just hate the double standards that are seemingly practiced in this country that go unchallenged and we are told to accept them.
Can i just add not wanting to argue but what's wrong with acting white? It's not like they were born elsewhere they are supposed to be english men, not jamaican, or african.Should the white kids who talk like black rappers be called traitors or white choc ices too? This has been my whole point White is viewed as bad by black people, yet whites not allowed to associate black as a negative. You see even that bit where you say "why act white when you are black" is to me implying that all whites are racist, because this was a case of racial abuse, so he was acting white by defending some one accused of this. What would be acting white i wonder?
Ok thanks again i'll leave it
