  • Laughable, pleads not guilty but admits it.

Sorry but i'm confused, JT has admitted that he called Anton 'the alleged words' but has pleaded not guilty, isn't his comment an admission of guilt though?

I reckon he only pleaded not guilty so that the case could be postponed knowing he could still attend the euros.

Glad its not just me thats confused by it all mate!! Makes no sense whatsoever. Surely if he gets off this sets a massive precedent that anybody geting done for racial abuse can simply claim they were goaded and its all OK?
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

it sets a precedent for all equal and lower courts. however its a precedent "on the facts". "the facts" can be found to be different or the same almost endlessly as a judge see,s fit.

Terry says he was goaded but also says he didnt snap. maybe the goaded defence works if he snapped. however if he didnt snap, then he must be guilty, surely.

The scumbag is saying he thought Anton accused him of saying it so he repeated it sarcastically. He's a total mug. Anton didn't know anything about it till after the match when Terry came in to our changing room after being shown the replay.

He argument is that AF shouted to him accusing him of calling him those words, he the shouted back saying I didnt call you X.Y.Z.

They are also all trying to change the focus of the trial bye focusing on wether JT is a racist, when the actual crime he has committed is he used aggravated racial words (or what ever) in a heated arguement, this is against the law. Thats why the prosecution are not claimimg he is a racist but saying you snapped and shouted these words without thinking.

          Dont know if that helps.

His whole skewed world is riddled with lies. When he kneed the barcelona player up the jacksie he denied it outright only to admit it when I'm sure he was told to at half time. Serial lier comes to mind!

He hasn't admitted to calling him that, he has admitted to repeating it, that is totally different, he is trying to put across that he is being victimized and not Anton.

So whether it was said by Anton first or not, if admitting he has repeated it surely he is admitting to saying it. That is no difference, he said it full stop, (whatever the reason). Guilty.

Massive difference if your being accused of racism , that's why he is denying the charge

Don't get what you're saying. He is being accused of racism and made a racist comment, of which he has admitted he said, what is there to deny?

Mate if you call someone what its alleged was said, then that is a racist comment, if you heard that comment and through it back at the offender calling him a knob head for thinking he said it, thats totally different. For me i dont see how he can be convicted and it should never have gone to court, if team mates and opposition players didn't hear nothing, how can a court judge on a conviction, from a clip on you tube?
