Because he's free to speak to other clubs as he's out of contract. As he's under the age of 24, Blackburn will be due a fee, either agreed between the clubs or set by a tribunal.

And that's great that can be used as Blackburn will be a tough nut to crack.

Also lets not forget Hoilett scored the winner against us in the FA Cup 2 years ago & a lucky goal last season!! aha
