Everybody seems to want to choose a squad, like the same people will be playing week in week out. I don't think that is going to happen. Firstly different players will play against different teams and you are always going to get injuries.

Guys, Park was not the reason why Manure lost the title this year and he was not the reason Manure lost a 7-9 point lead in April (he didn't play any games that month). Its amazing how Park has been the scapegoat of that team. Everytime Rooney, A. Young or Valencia ****s up Park has always been there to take the blame. I can't believe you guys actually believe those Manure fans those guys are ****in c*nts.

Anyway I just came here to say good luck to you Ji-Sung Park!

The guy started in Man Utd's most important game of the seaon against City just short of 2 months ago and you're questioning whether he might be past it or bought as a squad player?!! Behave!

He has 4 Premier League & 1 Champions League winners medals, he is considered the best talent that South Korea has ever had (and they are a good side so don't belittle this fact) and he is a guy that Fergie has turned to in virtually every important domestic or european game in the last 5 years.

He will walk into our side any day of the week!
          Spot on.

Most UTD fans speak really highly of him and never had issues if he was on the team sheet. Many are suggesting he's past it becasue he got the run around against City, but so did Utd across the park. Fergie shouldn't have started him in that match becasue he hadnt started a game for 3 months. BUT the fact he did, should speak volumes for the player we've signed.

It can't be a conincidence Fergie has chosen to start him in every massive game for years when other massive names have stayed on the bench......

Nothing against Mackie, but he will not start ahead of Park, which i actually think is a good thing as i think mackie could be devestating as an impact sub.

He'll be a regular for sure. A regular workaholic and just the sort of hard working midfielder we need

I doubt he would have been persuaded to sign and leave Man Utd if he was going to warm the bench. Course he will play.

He was picked against Man City on ability alone and what job he could do in a huge game. If the most successful manager in the Premier League can pick him i think he should be walking into our side.

All this talk of he was poor and had a bad season. Torres was crap for Chelsea last season. He is still good enough to start for QPR though.

Have to take into consideration injuries, need a strong bench. last year if you look at our bench it was not strong enough

Can't see Hughes playing Mackie ahead of Park. You don't leave a Champions League winner on the bench at a club like ours

Park started ahead of all of those and this was only 2 or so months ago.

Park over Mackie every day/hour and second of the week. Mackie will be an impact sub up top this season.
He started that night and did poorly and United lost that game. If Fergie still rated him he wouldn't have sold him would he?

Deserves more than to be a bit part player. One of our best players last season and he's still young, can only get better!
