New stadium.....how close to Loftus Road?

I am not from London, but follow the R's as my parents are from west London. The only time I really go to London is when I drive down to Loftus Road, parking near the BBC centre and White City tube station. I hear that our new stadium could be one of three sites but I have no idea where these are in relation to Loftus Road. Are they near? Can anyone post a link to a map of where they are prehaps?

look for the bbc centre, the doughnut building. The white office blocks between the doughnut and the westway is one site (that where white city stadium was).
unigate site is accross the road and railway tracks.
just look at the map and the two most perfect places you can see are the 2 sites
