  • loftus road to be turned into flats

seems like qpr after building there 35 thousand all seater, will copy arsenal, turning loftus road into 1000 luxery flats, this will feature beatifull water features, the flats will sell for one million pounds each giving qpr one thousand million pounds to repay origional investment on new stadium

then the residue will be used to bring in some new players

if only life were that simple, ted. hope they name the roads there after qpr legends (the pub should be called the "Stanley Bowles", the flats built over the goal "Ferdinand House" etc. The bit out the back cd be called "Ernie Howe Way" to commemorate all the balls he booted out of the stadium.

Alternatively we cd sell it Fulham. They cd be looking to downsize next year...

      i

I think life can be that simple,to make the 180 million for the new stadium, the mittals wont help us unless they can definately reclaim there loan

and one thousand million pound flats are simply the best way to find some money

what problems can you see with this idea

Stunning vistas over the White City Estate and Batman Close....

On the flipside, unbelievably good transport links, on the doorstep of Westfield and the newest most innovative, entertainment complex rivalling the O2.

I think as part of the White City redevelopment they may knock down Batman Close and rebuild along with a rebuild of LR.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Or for a million pound a flat they could erase the 1 from W 12

                  the

the new qpr ground is going to be a very beautiful but we will lose some of our precous atmoshere

never again will people like kevin keegan say that 18 000 qpr fans are louder than 45 000 liver pool fans

its so very sad to lose the special atmoshere

but the new ground will have boxes the whole way around the ground

and it will be the most beautifull ground in london to look at

personally i dont think we can fill the ground but I would love to be proven wrong

although i havent seen pictures of the new ground a frriend of mine has seen them

he says it looks like a great big flying saucer so we will be very proud of our new ground

the one thousand one million pound flats could easily be built

why the flats will be worth one million each is because the flats will copst 500 million to build

there will be four bedrooms, every one will have a state of the art bathroom

and a kitchen that is out of this world there will be also an exclusive indoor swimming pool that is usable the whole year through

LR will be redeveloped as part of the White City regeneration programme and it will be boring old residential homes, offices and shops.

more importantly dont forgwet the council put a preservation order on loftus road when marler estates tried to build on it

so we may not be able to develop it at all

As a former resident of the estate I believe that the abundance of 13-year olds riding bicycles selling drugs and the fine gentleman who spend their days drinking Special Brew outside William Hill are all strong selling points to prospective one-million pound apartment purchasers.
