  • Limited season tickets remain

Following unprecedented demand during the renewal period, the QPR Box Office can confirm there will only be a limited number of new Season Tickets available.

With this limited availability, the following on-sale schedule has been put in place:

    *2011/12 Members' Pre-Sale

Monday 9th July 10:00am to Thursday 12th July 5:00pm (subject to availability)

Fans that held an Official QPR Membership during the 2011/12 season will have the opportunity to purchase one Season Ticket. Fans that purchase their Season Ticket during this on-sale will receive 120 Loyalty Points for the new season.

*Additional Season Ticket Purchase Period (subject to availability)

Monday 16th July 10:00am: 2011/12 Season Ticket Holders can purchase one additional Season Ticket

Wednesday 18th July 10:00am: 2011/12 Members can purchase one additional Season Ticket

Thursday 19th July 5:00pm: Additional Season Ticket purchase period closes

Fans that obtain their Season Ticket during this on-sale will receive 100 Loyalty Points for the new season.

*If any Season Tickets are remaining after these on-sale periods, a general sale date will be announced in due course.

The Club appreciates that some fans might be disappointed about not having the chance to purchase a Season Ticket for the upcoming season. However, we would like to reassure fans that a limited number of tickets will be available to R's fans on a match-by-match basis.

Members will once again have access to an exclusive ticket pre-sale for all home Premier League matches.

My Dad's mate who has the seat next to him wasnt renewing this year due to health reasons, and I enquired about taking his seat of him but was told by the club that I would have to just fill out a renewal / application form for the seat in question as you cant just transfer a seat over, which is fair enough. So I done so, but in the mean time my Dad's mate decided he was going to renew after all (which is obviously fine, dont blame him 1 bit tbh!), and I havent heard back form the club yet so I havent a scooby how my application sits.

Anybody know? Will they contact me and offer me the nearest seat available or something? Dont wanna miss out on this year!
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I don't really get when they say 'unprecedented demand'? Only renewals have been allowed, so are they saying more people have renewed their season tickets than they expected to do? Do existing Season Tickets holders hardly ever renew then and did we sell out all available Season tickets last season? It just doesn't make any sense to me.

I reckon we cannot have sold more than 60% to Season Tickets holders last season but others clubs, e.g. Norwich and Brighton sold much higher percentages, so why don't we too? Give away fans one tier of School End and sell the other tier for Season tickets, should have made that the new Family area instead of forcing people out of their Lower Loft seats.

the club has a % of seats it wants to be ST and a % it wants for walk-ons.

every year they have a churn % of STs
        i,e, people who don't renew
and they then hope the new STs will at least match the churn rate
so they have a good number of regular seats and can sell the rest to walk-ons.

if there are low STs then they have to makret a lot to try and sell out
if there are too many ST renewals they have to either reduce walk-ons (which are more profitable per match) or simply not allow too many new STs and create a waitlist like big premiership clubs have

it looks like if we stay up, in a year or two we'll start having a waiting list for STs until we get a new stadium

Would like to buy a season ticket but it means my 3 young kids who can't make every game won't be able to sit near me.Therefore I have to rely on Membership to buy tickets.
