  • Championship better?

Okey looooosers, three months ago 80 % of you preferred Championship to Premier League. What are your thoughts now?

Only one place to be and that's at the top table with the big knobs....
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Honestly when I first started to follow/understand football QPR were in league 1, so for me league 1 & the Championship I adore, real football imo. BUT I wouldn't change the PL for the world & tbh while Fernandes is here I can't see QPR ever been near the drop zone again
                      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

The only reason we liked the championship was because it looked like we was going down and by highlighting the positives it somewhat softened the inevitable blow. Now weve stayed up its a shat league and we never want to go back.

The Championship is a highly competitive league and, as a result, can be very exciting. I also found that there were more clubs with 'proper supporters', something which I feel the Premiership lacks (just look at the likes of Arsenal and Fulham). I used to look forward to the matches against Palace, Leeds and even Millwall. But the quality of football I thought was extremely poor. I remember watching Darren Ferguson's Preston team and genuinely thinking that I could do a better job than a few of their players. Sheffield United (2010/11) were also ludicrously abysmal. Until Warnock's arrival we were also pretty dire to watch. For that reason I much prefer the Premiership. It's a joy to see the likes of Djibril Cisse wear the blue and white hoops. Gone are the days when I had to sit watching Stefan Moore, Georges Santos and Marc Nygaard.
