looking on google earth,if you use the measure tool(the ruler icon at the top)and measure the dimensions(footprint) of a modern 30k stadium(say,St Marys)and then measure the Unigate site,i reckon you can just about fit a stadium into the existing land...wether there is enough land around the stadium for spectators is another matter, plus the limited access(as somebody else mentioned,we might have to build over the railway line,or,at least, build a bridge or two.Access to the north(under the westway)and the east(the travellers site and Westcross route)might pose a problem. There is also an art deco office that is part of the Unigate site, not sure if this is listed.

Man Utd might be the biggest club in the country, but our future looks much more exciting. Would we rather have the Glazers or TF and AB? We may not win many things, but we're seeing our club being totally rebuilt. It's a superb project.TWITTER

new here hi to all
my thoughts
TF and board say it must be in bush = not kilburn
Hand F council want to keep rangers in the borough
i thing the scrubs is in brent, anyway next to the prison on the scrubs cant see philip working with that
not to mention that is undeveloped land and the greens might object
that leaves dairy and white city which would be perfect locations
White city site is bbc , moved out so some public authority leverage there
unigate may have a listed building, maybe an art deco shed/unit, not important as
say the wembley towers which came down
the stadium could fit into the Unigate site no probs a 3rd of the stadium could be
set into the ground by maximising the volume of the site.that is interesting
