    I think it's to do with having a superior euro qualifying record.

    It's a totally crazy system, as with most things FIFA

        Them rankings are comical. England national side are $hite, I wouldnt rank them anywhere above 9th in the world, and thats at a very very generous push. How on earth they work them out I'll never know.
