  • To boo or not to boo

I think it's quite reasonable to say that last season's booing and hostility definitely kept us up. What are your thoughts on it this season, given that our squad will be stronger, but hey, anything can happen, say for example MH walked?

    Should we drop it?

Only do it for the big teams.

    Do it for all teams.

Do it for all teams until we're safe.

If you were at those games, chelsea, man c, liverpool, arsenal, swansea, spurs and stoke, how did you find it? Too noisy, irritating, brilliant, great camaraderie, doing your bit for the team or what?

We should be making it as hostile as possible but i despise booing our own! should never happen.

Definetly carry on,you heard what the players said about it,they thought it drove them on and we the fans became a 12th man. The only thing i think we should think about is dropping the booing of individuals(apart from Chelsea) as this seems to drive the player on and how many times does it come back to haunt us when the player concerned scores.

I want booing.....firecrackers.....QPR Ultras banners......hostility ......so much ****ing noise that you can't think.....more raw passion......oh....and a **** load of smoke.......

No, I really think that with the quality of our squad this season means, we can sit back and applaud like we're at a local cricket match.....except when the scum visit, when we want ALL of the above.

It needs to carry on. You can't underestimate the roll us the supporters played in them 5 home wins. Weve got a pokey little ground and the more teams and supporters that don't enjoy coming here the better.

teams dont like it.. fans on top of them giving them grief. just dont overstep the mark and throw anything.

we need to do it against all teams.. it adds a certain pressure to away teams coming to our place.. friedel, routledge(surprisingly), chelsea being prime examples..

couple of guys at work who attended the spurs and arsenal games at loftus road noted how annoying our hostile atmosphere was.
i say carry on. we're not in the premier league to make friends, we're there to win games. and if booing the opposition helps our team, lets go right ahead and make the britannia stadium look like a basket of kittens.

Boo all day long! really gets to teams/players and if one is having a bad day a la Brad Friedel can really get into their heads and put them off even more! plus its better than the crowd not doing much, then when certain players play a bad pass or have a bad touch all you hear is groaning, doesnt help them either!

I just hope the club help us out in respect of the noise generated and realise that no team, be it Man utd or Wigan should get both tiers of the SE.The top tier alone covers the ruling regarding away allocation.

The noise last season was amazing and we should repeat it every year.

Its just a shame lower loft will be packed out with kids. If this was filled with more boisterous noisy supporters we could really get under the oppo goalies skin.

I reckon all kids sitting there should be given a tube of all blue smarties to send em bouncing off the walls. That'd create a helluva atmosphere when combined with the rest of the stadium's singing / booing / whistling.

definitely carry on with the hostility. in particular ramp it up for the newly promoted teams, chelski, foolham, naarwich and anyone else we have a particular axe to grind against. was a little annoyed at the swansea game as i was in SAR stand and there were very few there who were booing - and at times when i was, people were giving me funny looks as if to say 'what are you doing?'. most of the noise seemed to be coming from the loftus road end and r block.
                              come on you r's!
