He's 22? I think he'd have trouble getting served in the Springbok...

    Welcome Fabio
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

He can play left or right side in defence or midfield and Fergie rates him as a potential Man Utd first team regular in the near future. We're lucky to have him for a season!

Okay okay, not a popular thing to say I see. To me it doesn't seem like Fabio is here to warm the bench that was all. Maybe he will be the first choice left back, I don't know, but i'm a big fan of Traore me
      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
      And many more mistakes

QPR swoop to sign Man United youngster on loan

QPR have secured the signing of Manchester United defender Fabio on a season-long loan.
The Brazilian defender, who made five Premier League appearances last season, says he is delighted at the prospect of spending the next season at Loftus Road.
"I'm so happy to be here," said Fabio.
"It's a good move for my career and for my confidence. I know that QPR is a club with great history."

Would be quite surprised if he isn't a starter.

had a look on a utd forum and they rate him and hope that he'll get enough expeirience on this loan to return and take evra's place. judging by those comments we might have a decent signing.

I honestly think Traore is a better left winger then left back so I agree.

Do you think Fabio will be first choice then? I really don't know, I haven't seen him play that much

He's a quality player make no mistake.

He will be a UTD player for years and just thwarted currently due to Evra etc. PLease don't compare him to the donkey that is Macheda... he has always been stupidly overated due to a great 20 mins on his debut. Did next to nothing else since then.

Fabio can as said play LB, RB, LM, RM and offer versatility as well as skill, pace and quality. Oh and to put the Macheda thing to bed, i'd rather play Fabio up front than him also.

Traore is more of a left winger. Very dangerous going forward but sometimes struggles defensively.

Fabio at leftback, and Traore at left mid...This is how we would lineup for the Swansea game I reckon, except we may have a new centre back instead of ferdinand.

                      ------------Green------------
                      Onuoha-Ferdin--Nelson-Fabio--
