I would like to announce that I am intending to spend a filthy weekend with Megan Fox next week, run 4 marathons the following Monday and then the month after I will be marrying Kirsty Gallagher off of Sky Soprts News

It's fine announcing your plans but actually being able to carry them out and carrying them out are two different things.
As I understand it the bees are very reliant on their benefactor Mathew someone or other who owns an online gambling business. This is a volatile business and I'd doubt he'd risk the lot for stadium speculation
The involvement of Hounslow Council and a type of PFI partner could make it fly but we'll see.

Much the same for us, we rely on our benefactors and now very much on the TV revenue bubble not bursting.
It's a fragile existence!!!

New grounds for us and all our south west London and TW8 neighbours should be the last of our priorities in the short term. Far better for all of us to focus on being solid and developing our own talent. Of late I see only one club giving this serious speak and planning.....

You are spot on mate and although Labour in that part of Hounslow Borough would love to push the plans through and help finance it the Council is already eating in to its reserves so although 3-4 years ago it would have been a certainty they would build a new stadium with the help of Barratt West London and the Council unless the new owner pays for it then it simply aint goint to happen for a long time

brentford hate us. went to the pre-season game at theirs in 92???. they said nothing before or after the game because of the big amounts of rangers in/around the ground but i seen their form during the game. i was in the main stand with 8/10 lads mainly from white city/3 from grove. a rangers fan was with his 2/3 year old girl walking down the side of the pitch with one ob towards the r's fans in the two tier behind the goal. they were slaughtered,spat on and humiliated. the fella stopped to remonstrate(with his little girl wearing a rangers top crying her eyes out.)he got more of the same from a hardcore of brentford fans. cue a bit of feedback from us-they agreed they were wrong. we were escourted out the ground to a big cheer from the away end. went back to the white horse to see linford winning gold at the olympic's. not a fan of them.
