  • Taarabt keen to finalise new QPR contract

QPR’s Adel Taarabt has told Moroccan media he is keen for his new long-term contract to be finalised.

“I have received offers from other Premier League clubs, but my deal is signed until June 2013 and I want to increase the contract,” he is quoted as saying.

“My agent has a document from the club about their long-term project, and it’s very interesting to me.”

The amount of times i've said sell him is silly. End of the day he's got alot of talent, very key for me on Fifa , & had a great end of the season under Mark Hughes.

I would love him to be signed up
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I'd guess it's a very large number, with a £ symbol ahead of it, and "a week" after it.

That probably would grab the interest of most players.

Seriously though, I'd love to see how Fernandes, Beard and Sparky are selling this ambition and long term plan to potential signings, and existing players.
