I don't even know if I've still got last seasons card !!! The box office guy said ' I could purchase ' a replacement !!!

Am I being awkward or Is it commonplace to hold onto the old card and update it through a computer ????

Any one else in the same boat ???
IF this is true why was we charged P&P???????

I threw my old one away after i spent 15 minutes one match arguing about letting me in and that my card was fine etc.. and then realising i was showing them the previous season's card...

Renewed today over the phone & they said ST would be sent out first week of August. No talk of holding onto existing card at all.

If Club want us to keep using previous S/T card, they should have mentioned it before last Home game of last season. Otherwise it's unreasonable to request payment for a new card. I do, however, suspect this may well be the way forward in future.

              Stumbling blocks -
What if someone changes their seat, especially if club are forcing them to (Lower Loft ?)
What when a Junior becomes a Youg Adult (under 21) or an Adult becomes an OAP ?
What if a Lady supporter gets married ?

One other thing, if renewing online, it doesn';t ask you if you still want 'Automatic home Cup Tie tickets'.
So you'll have to contact the Club to arrange that seperately !

I think I remember that when TF heard about the £50 charge, he reduced it to nothing or a fiver. In this present case, I can't see the club charging anything as it's partially their fault for not informing ST holders.

Went down this afternoon to renew and asked the question and explained what people were saying on here and was told everybody will be getting new cards at end of july. There must be a greater demand this season as the 3 seats next to me are classed as restricted view and they are sold and when i looked on the screen there was hardly any left in upper PU where last season you get tkts all the time.

am in Upper PU and renewed within a week and tried to get moves from SA to move here and was shown how full it is now
people now QPR r the business and are snapping up cheap premiership season tickets
if we can stay up for 5 years we can easily fill a 35k seater

There's filling it, and there's filling it with fans. Not being pesimistic - but I genuinely don't think we have 35k fans. so why would i want 10, 15k more people who aren't fans at the ground?

How about for the revenue to buy players?
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
