Will be most remembered for his almost lazy style, when he ran he made it look like a walk but he managed to command the whole penalty area, great leader, great player and most importantly a decent guy. RIP

                RIP Big Man

As a little mixed race boy going to his first matches in the late 80s you were my first footballing hero.

For a last time let me sing 'maccas gonna get ya, maccas gonna get ya'

Truly gutted, will always remember big Als header against the filth in the league cup qtr final, its been said that the word legend is used to often, but not in this case Alan Mcdonald is and always will be a Rangers legend.

                            RIP big man.
