One of our all time greats. Simple as that.

Strange thing is we desperately need to find someone to fill his boots right now.

Love and respect to him and his family.

One of only a handful that could be classed as a LEGEND for the R's
Great player & a terrible shame. He needs to have a tribute at first home game.

              RIP Macca, loved you.
Thoughts & condolences to Alan's family.

In my QPR life time Alan McDonald was without question the most loyal player that wore the hoops.
Can't say any more than that!

just heard the sad sad news.................

im totally shocked by the sad passing of big al......my thoughts are with his family and friends..........we use the 'legend' term too loosely for some imho nowadays but alan macdonald was a true qpr legend.....always gave his all and never flinched a tackle....i hope we and the club give this qpr icon a send off he certainly deserves at the swansea game.......i would also like a section of the ground named after him in rememberance of the magnificent servant he was to our club.......................alan macdonald a qpr true legend rest in peace and god bless.......gone but never ever forgotten!

                  That, says it all.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

                            I'm shocked.
At only 48, you don't ever expect anyone to pass away so soon.
Alan McDonald was one of the QPR all-time greats, R.I.P. Alan.
